Have you ever had a dream that, upon waking, was so strongly imprinted upon you, that months later it was impacting your thoughts and life? Some people believe that such dreams represent God talking to us.

The idea of living my best life came from such a dream. And, yes, it may have been God talking to me as I haven't been able to let go of the concept. As I have shared my thoughts with others, they, too, have embraced this direction.

Meet Marita

Marita has spent the majority of her adult life working with women—helping them improve relationships, achieve their speaking and writing dreams, and being the best version of themselves they can possibly be. The author of 20 books, this Living Our Best Life Project is her newest effort—through which she hopes to challenge women to be fulfilled where they are.

Through her speaking and writing, Lauren encourages people with her heartfelt messages and practical presentations. She is the author of The Art of Helping – What to say and Do When Someone is Hurting. Lauren and her family are active in both church and community choral groups. She lives in Redlands, CA.

Meet Debbie

Debbie was recently crowned Ms. Senior America 2023. She holds a degree in Vocal Performance and has performed across the continental U.S. and abroad. She's also a talent and interview coach to contestants competing in The Miss America Scholarship Organization. Debbie is married to Scott Robbins. They have one son, Jackson, born when Debbie was 44. He is now a senior in High School.
